Oh I love candied yams, sweetpea! Of course, the pumpkin cheesecake is another fav.
My hubby and I were married in Yorktown in the early 60s and moved out west a few months later. California until 1991 and now Idaho, chickee!
We'd go to Williamsburg on a date to the movies. If you're close be sure to visit it.

Happy Belated Thanksgiving! My favorite dish is this dip for chips. My Grandmother would make it all the time and since she passed on it is my job. It tastes amazing and is even wonderful with veggies! Here try it, it's so simple!:
2 blocks of Cream Cheese
1 large tub of small curd Cottage Cheese
1/3 Cup Green Onion
Mix softened Cream Cheese and Cottage Cheese together, Salt and Pepper to taste. Add Green Onions. VOILA!
